Those who recognize the need to change their violent behaviour and look for new ways of dealing with conflicts and their own emotions, have the opportunity to discuss these topics with a counsellor. In the process of counselling, a person can recognize beliefs that allow them to use violence and the purpose of their use of violence. They can analyse which needs they satisfy with violence and find nonviolent alternatives for satisfying their needs. Moreover, they learn how to create an equal partnership.
Counselling usually takes place once a week and lasts for one hour. There are usually twenty sessions that take place in our offices.
The program may include people regardless of gender.
